This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all visitors to or users of (“you”) the URL http://www.alliancedata.com (“Site”), and is provided by Alliance Data Systems Corporation ("we”) to help you understand what information is collected from you online at the Site or through our Social Media Pages, and how we use it.

The Policy does not apply to the treatment of information collected off-line, or to information collected on websites or Social Media Pages operated by entities within our family of companies, which include Epsilon, LoyaltyOne, Alliance Data Retail Services, Comenity Bank, and Comenity Capital Bank. Please refer to their online and off-line privacy policies for more information about their privacy practices.

Your visit to and use of the Site signifies that you agree with all terms of this Policy; please do not visit or use the Site if you disagree with any part of this Policy

1. Personal Information You Provide Directly To Us

We collect personal information from you online whenever you provide it directly to us. This includes when you send an email to us, complete our online “Contact Us” form, or submit a resume. Such personal information may include your name, email address, mail address, or telephone number.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or maintain personal information from users or visitors under 13 years old.

2. Information We Automatically Collect About Your Device

We and/or our service providers, such as analytics companies, will automatically collect navigational and/or device information like IP address, browser type, and other Site usage information from your device when you visit our Site. We do this to improve our Site, and for other internal business purposes.

We may store Browser Cookies on your device or use Pixel Tags on our Site or in our emails so that we can personalize your visit to our Site and improve our Site and emails. You may be able to erase or block Browser Cookies. Please be aware that some features of our Site may be unavailable to you if your Browser Cookies are erased or blocked. Pixel Tags in emails help us confirm the receipt of and response to our emails, and the time our email is viewed. 3. How We Use Your Personal Information

4. Social Media Pages

From time to time, we may create and manage social media pages that include, but are not limited to, a Twitter account or a Facebook page (“Social Media Pages”). With your consent, personal information like your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, birthday, likes, education history, work history, current city, hometown, interests, relationship status, and any other information you have shared on a social media site may be collected by us, and may be used and shared as described in the “How We Use Your Personal Information” section of this Policy. This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of the social media sites on which we may have Social Media Pages. Please review their privacy policies and terms of service on the social media sites if you have any questions about their privacy practices.

5. International Users

If you are visiting us from a location outside of the United States, please keep in mind that this is a U.S.-based website. This Policy governs the information collected by or on behalf of this Site irrespective of where you are located when you access it, browse it, or interact with it.

With respect to personal information you provide to us on the Social Media Pages, once received from the social media sites, it is maintained and processed by us on servers and internal systems located in the United States. This means your personal information may be stored outside of the province, state, and/or country in which you reside, and processed by us or a third party as described in this Policy. Moreover, governmental bodies that have jurisdiction over us in the United States (e.g., courts and law enforcement agencies) may be entitled to access your personal information.

We provide links to external websites as a convenience to you, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked websites. Therefore, we encourage you to always read and understand a linked website’s privacy policy before using or visiting such a website.

From time to time, we may modify this Policy. Should there be a material change to our information collection, use, or disclosure practices, it will be applied only to personal information collected on a going forward basis, and we will update this Policy accordingly.
