Alliance Data has experience providing credit programs to leading brands for over 20 years; we manage almost 90 programs today. While our history is in specialty retail, we have translated that consumer expertise to related industries, including grocery, elective medical, and petroleum and convenience store. The tools and marketing practices may differ by industry vertical, but our overall focus does not: we drive sales for our partners by building customer loyalty.

We partner with soft goods retailers and hard goods retailers, grocers and elective medical providers. We have best practices unique to each specific vertical. We have lifecycle marketing programming to drive that next purchase, whether it’s a sweater, an ottoman or a fuel fill-up. Our promotional programs, rewards programs, and customer communications are tailored to fit our clients’ needs.
We work closely with our partners to create the optimal credit program for their
business and for their customers. Our goal is to carefully manage the credit
program mix for the greatest overall sales impact for our partner. In addition
to our expansive private label client list, we also manage numerous integrated
co-brand and private label programs, as well as commercial and transactional
credit programs.
